Ledbury Action Group were sent Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments today by Southwark Councils Cabinet Member for Housing Cllr. Stephanie Cryan after being told yesterday by the Ledbury Director Mike Tyrell that Southwark hadn’t done them.

New plans have emerged from Leicester City Council to demolish their only Taylor Woodrow Anglian (Larsen-Nielsen design) Tower block.

22-storey Goscote House was going to be refurbished, but the council have now decided to demolish instead.
