Ledbury Estate prepares to appoint an Independent Tenant & Leaseholder Advisor

As advised by the Southwark Group of Tenants Organisations, there is a need for an Independent Tenant and Leaseholder's Advisor on the estate. As such, interviews will begin in the following days to find a suitably experienced candidate to fulfil the role. The successful candidate would be paid by Southwark Council but obliged to remain impartial, strengthening the current resident engagement arrangements and helping to shape improved delivery service for residents, to empower them to have their voices heard amidst the ongoing issues on the estate.

The Tenant and Resident's Association alongside Ledbury Action Group are making arrangements to meet with suggested candidates and interview them - if you're a resident on the estate and would like to get involved in this selection process.
